What the workbook includes

A baseline profile for the home, its rooms, systems, and appliances
Seasonal and recurring maintenance checklists
Early warning signs for aging or failing equipment
Maintenance, vendor, warranty, issue, and cost records
Feedback pages that will help shape Astera's future service and customer portal

Participation and data-use disclosure

Participation is voluntary, and you may leave fields blank or remove private details from anything you return. Astera may use the information you choose to provide to operate the beta, understand home-care needs, test onboarding and maintenance workflows, and design its future customer portal.

Submitted records will be kept in restricted-access business storage. Astera will not sell your home information or use identifiable records, photos, or stories for marketing, or share them with a builder, without separate permission. Identifiable beta records may be kept during the pilot and for up to 12 months afterward unless you request earlier removal.

This workbook does not schedule an inspection, authorize home access or photography, hire a vendor, approve repairs, or authorize charges. Any hands-on work or paid service requires a separate agreement.
